How about bring back kyalami? down hill start....mmmm or donnington?

This is a non-issue in Florida. Florida supreme court already upheld this as a free speech protected action. Hopefully this doesn't waste Missouri's time or money...

As a current offroad US-spec 80 Series owner...I strongly desire a diesel 70 or 80...i don't want high milage second hand canadian ones in left hand drive in 5 years...

I lol'd #COTD

Lose the LEDs and swap an ARB bumper on here and I have my attention.

yes.

I wonder watt will happen to this company in 5 years time..

Meh. Needs moar air...

Now playing

I prefer this one, especially the sound at :40...

I can haz?

This needs to revitalize the heyday of GT1 racing. That is all.

I said something similar but less eloquent in the QOTD. Well done.

Doesn't dread driving any type of car, but merely enjoys the opportunity to hop in a vehicle and go.

Neat.

With my limited education and experience, doing a "kinetic" recovery with two vehicles would probably not work out well. I would only use two if I were using one as an anchor point while the other winched the stuck vehicle. The best way to avoid the situation is to not get stuck in the first place, but that goes

True, but most ropes for recovery are rated at quite high capacities and built to stretch, but again that can fail too like this one. biggest problem was a bad "tow" point and placement of the person who got hit. (I actually dont have much against Jeeps, especially the new ones. They are the best 4x4s right out of the

A chain is only as strong as it weakest link and its not meant to stretch. It would have just dug the other Jeep in like it did when the rope was at full stretch. You need a kinetic recovery to yank the thing out of the hole and release the suction action. Next thing is to simply winch it out with the recovering jeep

Me too... Hah.

Yes. Or if i have some time and money, buy the chassis and engine separately, assemble it, and register it in Florida (where i live currently) where its pretty lax registration laws. I've heard a few stories of that. I know you are able to import at least the gasser Land Cruisers, diesel might or might not be

I know they get pretty decent milage, haven't seen actual figures, but they do come with a manual. The other option i've seen is swapping a gasser for a 4BT isuzu diesel or cummins engine, but those can get pricey if someone else does the work.
