Yup, a while back they had the story on this Australian family that got stuck.

And you’d have something that would hold it’s value like mad. It’s hilarious seeing rough M66 V70Rs with over 100,000 miles with an asking price of $20k.

I’d love to stop being poor so I could buy one of these things new.

5 years later when you sell the house and the new buyer gets the bad news from the contractor that their bathroom remodel is going to cost double just because of the demolition work required to remove TWO layers of tile.

Recoating a bath or countertops is one thing, but that’d be enough to make me want to track down

Common 4th gen F-body issue. The torque arm pulls up on the transmission tailshaft under acceleration so after some time that transmission mount just gives up and can’t hold the tension anymore. I am running a torque arm relocation crossmember but that’s gonna be overkill for a daily.

Yeah, the youtube side was awesome, the website was...clunky.

It’s like a Kia Polestar.

This is the same guy shorting his employees on overtime pay.

He also DUMPED the pennies in Andreas’ driveway, they were coated in oil. Fuck that dude.

*Cries in Escape From Tarkov server queue.*

Honestly that’s the first thing that came to mind for me when I saw that profile.  If they can get the spirit of the 2000GT into something new, that’d be friggin amazing.

I’m all fine for the sport truck revival.

Yup, they’ll spend more in a year on advertising budget than that Kia cost them.  Win win for them.

Unless you’re in California lol.

It’ll end up with somebody merging into the trailer and getting dragged, crushed, and on fire for miles before somebody finds the kill switch.

Long term f-body gang!

Now playing

It’s been 19 years now, I picked it up from a used car dealership my dad did restomods for at a reasonable price. I needed something that could reliably eat up the miles between Lubbock and College Station while I went to school.

Seen it too many times before even with something as simple as a drag strip.

All of my cars already...

I can’t find the release, but word got around at PRI that the NHRA was dropping it to 9 seconds for vehicles made after a certain year.

I hope there’s options for stuff like that.  I want to do a twin motor setup on my Firebird when the time comes haha.
