Don’t forget, this was the crazy days of racing where you’d have 1000 mile races on public roads. Being able to stretch the distance between pit stops was a huge advantage.

But we’re pc now so it can’t be cp, just nd, but that’s nbd because iykyk.
Oh come on, nobody’s done this yet?
P1133 could be a few things
1) Bad O2 sensor
2) Exhaust leak on the driver side log manifold.
1 is pretty straight forward, 2 could be an exhaust manifold gasket, or the EGR gasket or hose could be leaking...which is on that manifold as well.
If it you hear a ticking coming from the engine bay on startup that doesn’t go…
Well, they could just have the EPA sit there and watch them like fucking hawks like they do the automotive aftermarket. Every little bit of red tape will just cause it to slog on and on and on.
The 3.8 isn’t a bad engine, keep fluids in it (and in the right location) and it’ll keep lumbering on.
The clutch on the 4th gen is suuper forgiving and soft (in my opinion).
It’ll rattle, and buzz, and creak, but it’ll get you from a to b pretty much every time. The hard tops are less prone to leaks as well.
Looking forward to the coverage. I’m prepping for PRI this next week, pretty happy to see they have a dedicated EV section. Have to be there for setup for our work booth on Monday, but I hope to get around and get some media coverage while I’m there.
Now kith.
The Maverick was so friggin cool. 3D printed splitter, flares and that Cossie style rear spoiler.
What’s fun is some independent shops w/ sniffers have found even well-modded cars on E85 without cats performed better than their stock w/ cats variants. But that doesn’t fit the agenda.
It sets an odd precedent. What happens years from now when they just cancel registration for ICE powered cars?
Y’all think eMuscle is bad, imagine thinking this was a good name...

You are correct, it does fall into the so ugly they wrap around to cute category. I just don’t feel the same way with cars design.
I’m not much of a fan of the Bolt styling. The GM marketing on it has been soft because they usually have their commercials focusing on other things when it’s featured. Another point I see people make against the Bolt is the seats. They say they’re more like early Tesla seats that were harder foam, which is just rough…
And then on top of that many of them think Tesla is sumthin from one of them forreinner cuntrys.
With some creativity you could mount the batteries and controllers in a variety of ways. Project X was nice because they replaced the gas tank with batteries. I have almost a 17 gallon tank in the back, that’s quite a bit of space. There are voids in the quarter panels on both sides and if you’re not afraid of…
“Huh, never heard of these, what’s this “Neegboorehood EV?” *click*
Oh, much agreed there. The lightning and the F-100 up on a pedestal made it tough. I loved the little blue Maverick by Tucci Hot Rods. It was just right there, easily accessible and you could appreciate how it was legitimately a small truck. The 3d printed splitter, flares and Cossy style spoiler was neat.
The Hummer…
