I do that with Oliver Sawa's reviews and I think I'm gonna do the same here.

You know what? I think I Iike my reviews a little biased towards the show and the main hero, rather than so explicitly against it, even if the show has its flaws. Otherwise, it's just no fun.

Agreed. The guy has tons of charisma.

To be fair, David Tennant was phenomenal.

Also also, he had beans for lunch that day.

Yeah, that makes sense. As much sense as if you tried to cover the moon to pretend it doesn't exist, because you don't approve of it and believe it's unnatural. Good luck with that, homophobic fuckwits.

I still maintain, that he is written quite consistently. If the Kunlun monastery is based on Buddhist ones, it's possible that for the 15 years he was there, nobody lied to him. There is strict discipline and even corporal punishment (that is more common in Japanese zen tradition), but probably no deception, unless

He sounds like that douche, who wrote the Vanity Fair profile on Margot Robbie. Just as sexist and obnoxious.

Well, to be honest, I probably would have been tone deaf too if it wasn't for the fact, that I'm a practicing Buddhist. That's why Danny's behaviour rings true to me. He really gives off a vibe of a Buddhist monk - apart from the violent outbursts, obviously ;) I've never really gotten to watching Leftovers, though I

Yes, they were. Traditionally boys go to the monastery once they turn 4. Danny was about 10? It's a bit older, but given that he spent there 15 years, cut off from the world and received intense training, I'd say it's quite possible. Apart form the fact, that we are discussing a TV show, that is ;)

Also, I know some Buddhist monks and they actually have this childlike innocence to them. In this particular respect, Danny's behaviour is pretty similar and maybe that's why I'm buying it. Of course this should change with time, when he reajusts to the Western world.

I hear ya, but for some reason it just doesn't bother me right now. Maybe it will start, if there is no development on his part, though.

I actually like his naivete. It's a nice change from all the tortured, recluse and secretive superheroes. He's open to new people and experiences (sex!). He's humble and gracious, like when he tried to get a job at the dojo and offer an 'olive branch' to Joy, respectively. And the fight scenes and kinda oldschool and

If they eat enough fiber, they might just succeed.

I'm usally able to keep it cool, but this man makes me really giddy. And it has as much to do with the liberal politics as it does with his cuteness.

Whoever came up with the idea for this new commenting format should seriously rethink his life.

I have friends in Dublin, so I know you were with us! Women in Poland are so deeply angry that our movement is only gaining momentum. The right-wing government with its absurd and oppressive approach to women's rights is ironically only fortifying our determination.

Stop complementing him!

The global movement was not catalyzed by Donald Trump, though obviously he's greatly contributing to the women of the world being more and more angry.
