Nobody makes you watch it at once, frankly I refuse to watch weekly shows because I want to watch at my pace and I know a lot of people in that boat. And that means you have as many people that simply never watch the weekly dropped series because they never go back to it after the hype dies.

That’s why the donor car was invented, at the price they will be just buy two.

Or they just want to tell a longer story without dealing with the Netflix, Amazon or Disney TV buyers.

You just can’t make a movie like that on that budget level any more, costs are just generally a lot higher and in the early 2000s we were still in the grips of rubbish digital media so a lot of your sins were hidden.

That’s really not relevant to the budget here or the people involved, plus sequels have been a thing since the inception of film. Doing a follow up of a broadly pretty indie movie two decades later with the same people is hardly a cash grab.

I know of at least 4 formerly flight used Olympus sitting in warehouses as spares for the aforementioned power plants. Rarely sold maybe, but not that rare in reality, and it’s not that they don’t go to market, they just aren’t in demand. I’ve been offered a couple for the cost of collecting them in the past, hell

They aren’t that rare, the olympus was used in a lot of places including as backup generators in power plants.

He’s applied for fully custody, it would seem the best way to get that is to make it financially disincentivised to keep the kids, in cases like this that’s usually what’s going on in the background especially with CA courts being unrestricted so people will essentially “farm” their kids for child support.

This is great and I’m really excited for their V2 of the deck. Unless something happened to mine I wouldn’t upgrade at this stage as it’s great, but on the edge of the power it needs to be for me. With a spec boost though I would be all over it so hopefully in another 18-24 months we’ll get word of an updated version.

Victorinox did indeed open a shop in London, it’s quite good and you can build a custom knife, which is also nice. I’ve never said they were illegal, I said they were, that however doesn’t mean you get to keep it in your possession if an officer disagrees with you having it for any reason. Unless you never go to

I mean yes... the law and enforcement of it in many countries is pretty severe. For example if you did that in London you would at best go through a lot of Swiss Army Knives(which is why my favourites don’t go to London and I’m down three of the things). A leatherman which is a routine carry when in the US, is a total

The difference is that the discretion of that decision is not yours, its the police officer and the courts. In the UK for example if you are outside of your own home it’s very hard to justify having them in your possession. Very similar in European countries. It’s far more akin to carrying a knife than a screwdriver,

In most places in the world if you get stopped and searched by police and you aren’t a locksmith and you have lockpicks you’ll go to jail. In the US many States have pretty extreme local laws, its an offence in most of Europe including the UK, same in many Asian countries.

In most places in the world owning and/or carrying lockpicks is an criminal offence, buying them is generally not although can be. In many US states this is also true subject to state laws.

The 7% interest thing is wild, currently the highest interest rate on EVs I’m currently looking at is 2.9%, Ford and Volvo are both offering 0% for 4 years!

Lockpicks are generally very illegal in much of the world outside of specific contexts. Part of the point is that the profligate and uncontrolled use actually spoils the legitimate use, something that’s annoying, but not an existential issue can be tolerated and slowly regulated or managed with existing legislation.

Am I the only one that’s actually okay with that, the only platform I’ve actually gotten any kind of value from has been the longer form ones like Digg and it’s eventual spiritual successor reddit. Because they’re good places to engage and share information in a more measured way.

We have OSINT, we have vastly more sources than we’ve ever had before. None of those things you’ve mentioned are evidenced, yes there’s been soft and hard kills on those platforms, but nothing significant given the hardware on the other side and numbers available. HIMARS biggest issues are munition supply and the fact

That is not the entirety of my knowledge, there’s a significant amount of that information available publicly. The limits of the system are strictly secret, however much of it’s testing and review overall results and what trials it has undergone are in the public domain in the various countries that have purchased it

Anecdotal evidence of early acceptance trials vs. actual data on current aircraft? Absolutely the wrong approach. I’m also neither a lockheed employee or a lobbyist, I do know people on the acceptance programmes from different air forces, but I don’t know anything more than anyone can research themselves.
