Pretty much, I think the consequences are just wildly different and the SOPs for one make it a pilot in commands decision.

The evidence from all of it’s evaluations and exercises over the last two years very much doesn’t indicate any of that in the slightest.
Correct, but it is voluntary and they self regulate, it isn’t FAA exerting any authority as they don’t have any. Largely they just evidenced to the DoD safety teams what would happen if they didn’t and that there is a potential knock on impact so DoD issued and update to procedures to that effect.
One squadron of F35 could wipe out the entire Russian air defence network in a day and then systematically wipe out anything the Russians field as long as you can supply fuel and munitions.
It’s the most performant aircraft in terms of military capability in human history, it’s expensive, it’s not a turd.
On your first point to be clear FAA rules do not apply to military aviation, no civil aviation rules or authority apply to any “State” aircraft be they military or civilian(Federal or State). They may “choose” to follow FAA or other local civil aviation law, and they have a burden to safety that generally means they…
You can’t really have something in the era that it is in without it, would be kinda silly given you can largely call this entire period skywalker centric.
CDPR did everything they’ve always done, anyone not paying attention to the launch of any game they ever made that wasn’t Gwent knew exactly how it was going to go. Everyone just seemed to have forgotten, Bethesda are exactly the same, they’ll push it out and fix it later every single time.
I’ve got a good bit of time in so far, and to be honest if you rank up pilot you can upgrade the reactor in it very quick(New Atlantis sells a pilot 4 type C), a couple of extra engines and then some upgrades to the shields and weapons and I don’t think you can really beat it. I’ve captured some nice ships already and…
It’s actually one of the better 3D films I’ve ever seen, was very impressed with it.
I’m not sure they deserve it, they were pretty good to work with, but to be fair we also agreed US regs and policies were utter trash. The whole proscriptive rather than principle based regulations is really very backwards and antiquated and it’s genuinely shocking they do as well as they do while mostly following the…
I’ve not done it for 20 years, but I have been on the receiving end with a lot of companies as the other nations state signatory. While I’m sure it’s true in your experience, having had to intervene with the State Department I can assure that they don’t only take action against violations. Sometimes it is ignorance,…
They are reliable, give a good feel, last longer, don’t accidentally activate or not activate when pressed. Mechanical was always the better keyboard option in every metric, it was just the cost was very high, now you can get them at normal prices and in different types.
It’s not ignorance of ITAR, its the incredibly difficult process of managing ITAR and the very severe penalties and arbitrary enforcement of it. If you’ve ever had to manage ITAR companies are totally paranoid about it for good reason because even following rules the State Department will still burn you on it.
They didn’t though, some guy that works for them that’s building out the system to be more accurate said it on some pretty minor youtubers video of his tour.
That is a thing to be proud of if you aren’t union busting, which is illegal in Canada.
They’ve literally posted a full time line and all of their emails, it totally looks like a mistake, especially when the whole thing happened in the space of time where the person dealing with it was on vacation and by the time they got up someone had screwed up. In part because the company told them they could keep…
Meh, you can always play it again. To be honest some of the combat and environments are so brutal you kind of need to unless you want to go back and play from the start multiple times.
It’s not like they haven’t let people play the game during a very large beta period, or have other games that you can play of the same type.
It’s also a great drumbeat in Spocks storyline as he’s stunningly non reflective on his own behaviours. The whole interplay between himself and his very accepting and forward leaning Vulcan fiancé and how he treats her, and then how Nurse Chapel does the same to him and he so obviously doesn’t notice is so well done.
