I think Walt and Mike are both going to try and cut the other one out of the partnership, with Jesse in the middle. Walt probably thinks he can do the distribution on his own, though whether that's actually possible is another story.

If that were the case, I feel like he wouldn't use Skyler's maiden name on his fake ID. Seems a little too obvious. (Then again, this is the guy who just leased two brand-new cars with a barely-believable cover story.)

Eh, I can see Hank giving  Walt one last chance to leave the drug business, for the sake of his family. Hank may incorruptible in terms of money/power, but he cares about Marie, Walt Jr., and the other innocents that would be hurt by bringing Walt down.
