Calling an unintended interaction between spells bad game design is like calling a hole in a map bad level design. Just because bugs exist doesn’t mean the Devs are bad at their job by any means.

Only issue I can see was the two-second tunneling on the Janna. That caused him to delay jumping in to kill their carries while they were taunted by Galio making the play significantly riskier.
