I have to say that to me the best thing about this demo is that when you shoot the zombies with the Sparq Beam, it burns holes in them where the beam hits. It looks super awesome.

So are they pretending that Arkham Origins doesn’t exist? It feels like if it isn’t in this remaster pack, it won’t get a remaster.
Very pleased to hear about this. I love Eldritch and Neon Struct. Minor Key are actually a solid Looking Glass successor (in the same way as Arkane, Irrational, Ion Storm etc). Neon Struct is basically Thief, and the fact that this game has ‘Shock’ in the title is a nice nod to System Shock and Bioshock.
1. I don’t remember a rooster in the initial release.
“Maybe during the movies of Final Fantasy, they can play Dragon Quest VII,”
Don’t buy Final Fantasy XV. That way, you don’t have to play it and you can play Dragon Quest. It cuts out all the disappointment, shallow gameplay, horrible voice acting and douchebag hair cuts that FF is so well known for, and you end up richer, AND you get to play one of the best Dragon Quest games! Winning.
Props for Thimbleweed Park. The true successor to Maniac Mansion and Monkey Island 1 & 2. It’s like Ron Gilbert saw Broken Age and thought “I’ll raise ya”.
Call me a snob if you like, but a liquid of that colour does not look fit for human consumption. Think what those harsh chems are doing to your guts, man. Try some OJ!
What was the best game you saw at E3 and why was it Dishonored 2?
“Legos” is not a word. Lego themselves confirmed this.
You will really like 7. The story is way better than 8 (and about ten thousand times better than 9). In many ways it’s the most ‘hardcore’ and the furthest away from 9 in a lot of ways.
I saved that pic :) thanks for posting. The fact that we are getting this in English is extraordinary.
Because the fanbase in the west is really small. Localizing DQ7 is a mammoth undertaking considering its length, and even with a good push from Nintendo, and from the hardcore series fans like me who will buy more than one copy, it still probably won’t do all that well.
If we get DQ7, we will definitely get DQ11. After all we have all of the main series games (apart from 10 which is a Wii MMO so was never going to happen). Releasing a 3DS remake of one of the biggest JRPGs ever made to what is essentially going to be a relatively small audience, shows that Squenix care enough to…
You’re in for a real treat with this one, believe me.
I feel amazingly lucky to be getting this game. I always feel a little bit strange when a new Dragon Quest game comes out in the West (because they don’t really sell well) but Dragon Quest 7 is a ludicrously massive game. Like 150 hours massive.
Most of the games have a unique gimmick, in 4's case it’s the chapter system. 7's gimmick is that you travel back in time to long-lost continents and restore them to the present day world, then explore them again. You kind of build the world map piece by piece. The 3DS version also features a whole load of new…
Yeah I can’t remember exactly how long it took me on the PS1 original but it was certainly over 120 hours. I would say that in terms of ‘classic’ RPGs it’s the longest I’ve ever played. And amazingly, it didn’t outstay its welcome. It’s really fun all the way through.
Likely. Nintendo’s recent release schedule had it pegged as financial year 2016, which could mean any time up till April 2017.
Yep, on the same day as US (16th September). We are also getting the 3DS DQ8 too.
