LucasFilms has implied that it was a happy accident. When they used parsec they just assumed it was a unit of time. And I don't think happy accident really is appropriate either. Pretty sure the lore about the black holes and such only came about specifically to explain this.

Second base already exists! Its pong!

@AngryBeaver: As others have said, he stated the question wrong. What I think he meant was not to ask if internet itself is a right, but if access to it is.

@Zidago: But I do want it! And yes, given that I got the full game with 14 MP levels, 2 zombie maps, a third zombie mode, and a great (albeit short) SP campaign for $60, it seems a little ridiculous that they would charge $15 for 4 MP maps and a zombie map.

@Settings: The pin just holds the handle closed. The trigger is actually when you let go and that springs out. So as long as the handle never came out, no boom. If an enemy threw a grenade at you, squeezing it and putting a pin back in wouldn't do anything.

@Zack Whaley: I think thats more referring to the additional data charges you may incur if you're using a laptop as opposed to just checking your e-mail. Pretty sure Android 2.2 phones have free wifi tethering on verizon (not the Droid1, firmware limitation)

@Smashbrosboy: FIRST isn't funded by the school, nor is it a class. Its a club.

@curiouscomputer: It is. But its for vampires, too. Not quite as common in pop culture, but vampire lore typically mentions an aversion to silver. More recently it is a common theme in the HBO series True Blood.

@JSharke: I see what you're saying, but the point you should really be trying to argue is our right to know. Assange holds (and I agree) that we have a right to be privy to the information held in the documents. Thus, after acquiring them it became his duty to publish.

@Kwhudson: Thats also corporate espionage, a whole different ball game.

@Br1zon: Not true, not true, not true! As I mentioned in a post above, Assange asked for help to censor the documents for sensitive information that would put lives at risk and the government refused to work with him.

@BigBrownPimpsta: Assange asked the governments for help in redacting the papers before he published them and they turned him down.

@spikespeigel: Nope, read the article a little closer.

@Zach Davis: I'm a guy, and I wholeheartedly concur, as well as most guys I know.

@Droid800: Angry Birds runs pretty much just fine on my Ally. Little hiccups here but other than that its great.

@MAdmin: I'm upset with that correction. I read 40 and my eyes bulged out of my head and I got excited.

@t3tsubo: Don't know for sure but you probably don't have to jailbreak it for that. My iPod classic even has notes.

@Bllo: Yeah, Siberians aren't one of the ones that make a good family pet due to that, still generally friendly though. Can't let 'em off a leash though 'cause they'll just run and run and run before they realize you're nowhere around.
