Really sucks about the hack — but hack or no hack, the patch wasn’t coming out in February.

This one needed to be slammed infront of everyones faces early, I had to talk a friend out of dumping big money on gamestop and drew him the graph of potential earnings vs entry timing with trade groups to demonstrate.

Yeah, honestly I can understand making a bad call during the mission itself, but going in without ALL the loyalty missions completed is such a foreign concept to me. IIRC, the Illusive Man basically tells you every time you talk that your team needs to be loyal for the suicide mission to work.

This is one of the reasons I love the ending of ME2. The lives of your crew all come down to you making the best choices as a commander, not because of any combat ability. If you did everything to prepare yourself and the team, if you paid attention to their stories and personality, and made the decisions accordingly,

I hope this doesn’t sound dismissive, but holy crap, how does this happen? The game does not even make it subtle what the “right” choices are. Yes, the lone wolf assassin’s (Thane and Samara) should not lead fireteams. Only the strongest biotics should do the biotic task. Etc. The “loyal” to you bit is dumb, but ends
