The whole thing was terrifying. The simple fact that this is who Trump wants the rest of the world to view the US as scary to me.

So he is setting up some terrifying stuff in this speech. He talked about the might of the US military, and in his next breathe he said to respect the US sovereignty. He goes on to talk about the US not allowing itself to be victim to bad trade deals. And now he is talking about withdrawing from the ICC.

They can, and even if they can’t, they could push someone through in the lame duck period.
