NirSoft apps may unneccesarily trigger some anti-virus programs since it fits the "dangerous app" category, being able to fish out passwords.
Wow, im actually amazed that someone MAKES and someone else BUYS stuff like this! As it has already been mentioned you can disable auto-start of iTunes in seconds. Many computers also come with powered USB-ports near the PSU, which can only charge and not transfer data.
@hellomacbook: Not really, just tried a side-by-side run of similar sites on both browsers. There definitely is a huge speed-difference on about 50%.

This might be useful if the power-brick is turned off and you don't have any other stands available. But as mentioned in the comments above, it would be very risky to have 2 very hot items touching each other. Im pretty sure my power-brick would melt the plastic off my laptop if i did it.
