Untrue. Just had a guy on a group ride wipe out going around a corner at 10 mph (he hit gravel and bam). He was knocked unconscious for a good 3 or 4 minutes. We stayed with him until the ambulance arrived - looked like a pretty serious concussion. Scoot was pretty badly scraped.
