Advertisements are designed to draw attention. I can’t wait till they get on cars, start causing accidents.

The button’s not connected to anything. The button has never been connected to anything.

I think abandoning sedans for an automotive generation _can_ make sense if they’re rebuilding every sedan factory to make nothing but electrics and/or hybrids. It’s a cost to pay for a complete overhaul of your line.

Even without knowing this guy’s a Jalop, and the car’s race-tested, I can say it’s a solid setup, it’s an interesting set of choices, and it looks fun as hell. The only concern I have is the lack of roof. If you’ve got a garage and space for a third car, this is a GREAT choice for one. Unique, fun, and you can drive

So what he’s saying is ‘HEY GUYS IT WORKS GREAT BUT WE CAN’T AFFORD THE LIABILITY’.

On the car alone, it’s a NP. On the lien, it’s a concern, but it’s also a concern you can deal with. I’d find out more, but it doesn’t seem like a deal-buster assuming it’s not something terrifying.

I like the Civil Defense logo, too. (It’s what we had before FEMA)

Remember, Jalopnik got David Tracy from there.

Nah, he’s doing okay, he just appeared in JLA.

I third this sentiment.

But Time-Warner owns Captain Carrot, and how can they have an Oz-Wonderland War without him?

Aw, that’s a shame. My folks met doing a hillclimb on the spur of a moment.

They’re better on the highway if you put a sway bar in, and the same for the sharp turning.

I gotta idea for the future of this beast, based on the lead pic.

Can confirm. It’s good to see people remember it.

Small. Fun. Not a Miata. Convertible. Cheap.

I think we can all agree this is a fantastic job, and not a Someone Else’s Project issue due to the era - the mechanicals are clean, and even if you don’t agree with the choices, those choices are fixable. (I’d want to look at the underside.)

Okay, I just hope they’ve figured out the white car glitch.

Watch out, they may be Robots in Disguise!

The Tow that can be called is not the true tow.
