I've thought about this a lot. I've had people ahead of me in parking lots pass farther away spots to go up the line and wait for someone to free up a spot closer to their destination. Meanwhile, I take the spot they passed, get my kids out of the car, walk up to the place I'm going, and they're just BARELY parking…
