I think this was true maybe 5 years ago, now the quality gaps are minimal and in some categories they are falling behind the curve and of course a couple they are still ahead.

This story felt like someone copied their facebook status onto Gizmodo for extra attention, and honestly if they want to end gender animosity, don’t use “Mansplaining” unless you also want to promote the term “Womansplaining”
I wish trump was a raccoon, until then, no comparisons, its insulting to raccoons!
Same, If I’m on wifi i’ll be doing something more interesting than touch to jump.
If you are willing to interpret it in another way, then sure I’ll argue my point, but if I am to take you literally, that what you have said is the only way you are capable of, this is pointless. I never said studies are a waste of time, I implied that some people will require a study to tell them that breathing in…
Wait what? Now you’ve interpreted what I said to mean“all chemicals we breath in are de-facto harmful and studies are meaningless?” These are frankly preposterous assumptions, I don’t know how you are getting so far off track.
Ok well to clarify, I don’t think all chemicals are bad nor am I denouncing breathing in vaporized water. Let’s move past those assumptions.
If I said, I am going to fill your bathroom with steamed vegetables, would you be equally surprised if there was more than water vapor in your bathroom? If not, what part of Steamed Chemicals is confusing you?
That’s why I said steamed, you understand its not all water right?
It should be obvious that lungs aren’t supposed to consume steamed flavored chemicals, but I guess we all have to wait for the “study” so that we don’t upset the vapers.
Oh well, there’s no requirement for you to like Blade Runner. Nor is there any requirement for us to influence each others opinion. I disagree with you and now I’m going to let this moment wash away like tears in the rain.
The core philosophy of the film was that replicants were our equals in all ways except lifespan and prejudice, and therefore it didn’t matter who was human or a replicant. If we accept the message, then it cannot cheapen the journey.
The twist gives the audience the chance to be in Deckards shoes. He began as prejudiced against replicants, seeing them as having no value, only identifying with humans. Likewise the audience identifies with the main character and adopts his prejudices, as the story goes on both Deckard and the audiences prejudices…
Agreed, the only way the question hasn’t been answered, is if you chose to ignore it. Deckard is a replicant, Gaff knew it and let him know with the same method he used with all the others.
To bad I filed consistently making the bed under “stuff society wants me to care about, but is completely meaningless” years ago
Super cool. Feel like the product is make it or break it depending on the software though.
The problem is, most people aren’t competing, they don’t need pin point metrics, they can just remember if walked a lot, hit the gym, got exhausted, or quickly identify if their heart is still beating. So I agree, it will be a niche product until it starts solving more general problems.
My coworkers and I had a competition. We all guessed how the finale would play out and saved them in a lock box. Between the three of us, we guessed every single reveal and key plot moment, Fords death by Dolores, the escape being rigged, Dolores is wyatt, Bernard coming back and assisting, etc. Ending was very…
Ha... pretending you’re not an expert on how slow and how many times an alien blinks. We are all experts, nice try.
Truth. My first question was “Can it live up to the disappointment?”
