That’s true but it doesn’t explain why Negan is so willing to put himself in those situations, Daryll already has shown that some people just dont care about the threat of death and Rick shot a cop in the head at a huge disadvantage when he was off hinge in season 4-5.

Biggest issue with Negan for me is that he’s the “leader” but he keeps putting himself in locations where his chances of dying are extremely high. He should be way more risk averse, someone not broken like Rick might just shoot him.
