It was a stylization for the 3DS, I think to make it look a little better on the lower-res screens. As others have said, though, you can adjust the width of the borders or disable them completely.

Shit, if he sticks to his guns and makes microtransactions purely cosmetic I'd buy a shit ton of cosmetics to support this.

Whoa, wait. You can edit variations of character attacks? Is that what it's showing at 3:40?

Eh. That's fair I guess. I'm sure some people will get bent out of shape about this and shout "censorship" and all that, but honestly, for a quarter and a nickel, I think this is a reasonable-if-imperfect solution to the "family friendly console with internet" problem.

This is fantastic! I love this game, and portable would allow me to play so much more of it!

Yeah, if this emerges as a trend, I'm going to be REALLY pissed. Also, this "New 3DS" thing is very "New iPad" which drives me nuts. If it's new, and only runs certain software, that needs to be made clear. How the hell will the box for this game ever articulate that it only runs SOME 3DS consoles.... But not

Seriously? They're making a new 3DS that can only play specific games, effectively fucking old 3DS owners? I hope this game is an exception and not a rule.

Adventure time?

Maybe this time don't release it exclusively to GameStop, allowing them to jack up the price after a while? Please?

Yeah, but Capaldi's still officially called the twelfth. This is Steven Moffat's reasoning (from here):

Sarkeesian makes pretty good points. Writers and directors should do better than what they've been doing. However, I'm reluctant to say that violence against any single group of people should be removed from creative work since that has the potential to shut down a vein of narrative. I mean sure, "imagine better

They're saying DRM is meaningless from a business owners perspective, i.e. it doesn't really do much to hinder piracy. From a customer standpoint, drm can be a pain in the ass and the lack of drm can be a significant advantage over drm products.

Because a lot of people still use DRM and try to force it to mean something. Where they stand against the mold and understand that it doesn't really do anything, aside from hinder those that do not pirate. The funny thing about DRM is that in most cases, the pirated version works better than the legit version. So when

It's totally Irrational!

So far no Personal information has been confirmed stolen right? Just DDoS? Which is still terrifying on that scale.

Now playing

This all started when Warframe got challenged. I'm still waiting for Master Chief and Claptrap to accept:

Ah yes, the beloved fictional character George Lucas. He made the best villain in the prequels.

George Lucas really is the most memorable boss battle in gaming.

I like that they nominated 3 other fictional, game characters at the end. :)
