Can confirm for a much lower spec rig. i5-6600K and RX 480. I completed the game on beta patch 3, and with that patch I was able to comfortably play the game with no issue. The dynamic frame rate system did wonders for my game performance, though it was also quite noticeable how often the res was scaled down.
