It's a pretty good impression, but there were a few deliveries that struck me as one-part Bruce Campbell, one-part Vlasic Pickle bird.

You and me both...
Torg was the first thing I thought of, too. :)
I also like the TV series, but the Radio Series will always be the 'real' Hitchhiker's to me. (It did come first, even before the books!) Such great voice acting, and with The Eagles' Journey of the Sorcerer as the theme music.
That's where I first saw him, too. I was so excited when he got the BMW commercials, Gosford Park, etc. I'm still waiting for him to get his chance at a great Han Solo-esque part on the big screen.
The radio series is still "Hitchhiker's" to me, too. The books are fun, but when I want HHGTTG, I still return to the original... :)
+1
To be fair... have you ever seen the two of them in the same place at the same time...?
The only reason I didn't pick Small Gods is because there were more City Watch books. Brutha's last line, "Yes. I know. He's Vorbis. But I'm me," has always stayed with me. "But I'm me" is such a simple, powerful statement about just being yourself. Definitely a favorite. :)
The City Watch books by Terry Pratchett. When I need to do the job in front of me, I ask myself what Sam Vimes would do. On the other hand, I occasionally have to remind myself (thanks to Captain Carrot), "Personal is not the same as important."
Good for him... :)

I think that's the point. You get to color it in yourself, however you want to! Wouldn't that ostrich look funny if he was green...? ;D
Thank you, Venture Brothers...
Legs Wide Spread? Is that the X-rated parody of Eyes Wide Open? If not, it should be... :D
I've always felt that time travel works just fine, in either direction, as long as it's just travel in time. Classic time travel (as in The Time Machine, BttF and so many others) is travel in both Time and Space, whereas true time travel would cause you to appear in space, in the exact same location you were before,…
Oh, Dr. Pulaski had one other raison d'etre: reminding Picard that, as Chief Medical Officer, she was empowered to remove him from command if she felt he was medically unfit for duty. (It probably only happened a couple of times, but in my memories it was the only thing she ever did, other than remind Data that he was…
Wow. Wow wow wow!
I still can't believe they cancelled Batman Beyond and Justice League Unlimited. Welcome to the club! ;D
They'll go around carrying clunky, handheld devices for communicating, listening to music, watching videos or playing games, instead of using their neurelectro-optical implants like the rest of us, and they'll be known as iPunks.
