“Everybody gets a tesseract!”
Russell Simmons is a shitburger. In my Rock History (easy A) class the other day, we were watching a film about the rise of hip-hop and in a segment discussing misogyny, Simmons is asked DIRECTLY about how videos treat women and he’s all “welllll I’m powerless, there’s nothing I can do!”
If you look closely at the clip, Megyn is whispering something in Bobby’s ear when she hugs him. I slowed the footage down and read her lips. She said “fucking stop the fucking column or I’ll fucking kill your immediate family.”
I found this bone-chilling. Like finding out Voldemort knows your address.
I’m pregnant with my second child now and my current 2 year old smacks my big belly and yells NO! NO! at it
Thank you for your service.
I’ve told this story before and forgive me, will tell it to the day I die. Honestly, they are long past the point where he should have been killed off anyway.
They should still do season 6, sans Spacey, focusing on Claire’s presidency. She was always the MVP.
Thanks for giving the right wing media something to run with at a pivotal time. Self serving bullshit, she should be embarrassed.
My dad was just like, “Yeah... Okay... well anyway, I don’t like the old wiring in this house.” Wiring. Gave zero shits about my ghost encounter :/
I’m going to post a second story. I saw my dad.
My grandma Frances was smart as smart could be, and had the driest, most razor-sharp sense of humor you ever came across. In her later years she had some health issues that kind of obscured the smarts and the sense of humor, but once in a while the real Frances would peek back through when you least expected it.
