Reminds me of a Raspiberry PI box to be honest.

True, it does depend on how stream line everything is with the updates etc. But that's the thing if the Steam OS has everything stream-lined including driver updates etc, that may reduce consumer hesitation in buying one.

For people who don't want to deal with that I'm guessing. Anyone who is able to assemble PC's wouldn't really want to be interested in this product anyway.

Socially, don't burn bridges unless you absolutely must. You'll be surprised who turn up in life later and they may have the upper hand on you. Not really a lesson I've personally had to learn, I have seen others learn it first hand however.

I tend to not plow thru a game, usually RPG's like bioshock infinite, fallout or what have you in my free time. More often than not, I much rather get a complete experience rather than hop game to game. However there is another advantage to not plowing thru a game. It's cheaper on steam when eventually you do get

Well IT department. So articles on their are usually related to some type of work equipment we use. Be it Linux, software or hardware advancement etc. My boss likes it when we stay on top of the technology advancements and be knowledgeable about it. Though what really comes in handy is mostly the software applications

Not a problem. Don't worry, I multi-task at work as well though it's mostly looking at gizmodo, Io9 and life-hacker since that's work related usually. =D

Typically they do not since there is so much high demand for them. If card shops do have sales, it's of their own decision to do so.
