Honestly it would be nice if more porn included some of these elements- erectile dysfunction and pain happen in sex with younger people too. We can’t just call cut or pretend it isn’t happening, we need to communicate for sex to be good. This doesn’t seem like my cup of tea but the communication and increased realism

Those of us who do not die in firey plane crashes, or end up in exploding car accidents, or get mauled by wild animals, of perhaps poisoning by foreign agents, or in a fall off a cruise ship and drown, or of some horrific disease, will get old.

Since we’re all going to be old soon, I think it’s good news that people can still enjoy a good sex life in their later years.

This makes me irrationally happy. Sad, I know, but I have to take what little comfort I can find in these dark days. I can only imagine the conversations between the Queen and her staff about having to entertain the vulgar and distasteful American president. I’m sure he’ll bitch about it privately to everyone around

Yas Queen, throw that shade at the Trumps

The deliciously subtle British shade. So good. Buckingham Palace has three major wings, 700+ rooms, including 19 state rooms and 59 royal guestrooms. Not to mention multiple official royal residences in London and around the UK. Cheeto Mussolini got burnt.

Democrats need to get better as selling these kinds of policies as benefiting society as a whole. If the Youngs don’t have student debt, then they’ll buy cars and houses, which creates more jobs than servicing debt. If people get a high-quality free education, they’ll be better employees and less likely to engage in

It’s also not specific to military or military-adjacent type of “service”. He’s included working in national parks, for the state, programs like habitat for humanity etc. as part of that initiative (apologies if that’s what you meant - just wanted to clarify!)

In which case it’s important to remind those folks that people in debt cannot contribute to the economy beyond bare minimum, which DOES directly impact said selfish assholes.

It’s strange that you’re against something because you can imagine there is someone out there taking advantage of it, but you’re not really quite sure. Let’s be sure no one can benefit from this proposal just in case someone out there partied through school while you worked.

Much of higher education is not worth the cost”

Calling degrees “worthless” just because they don’t necessarily translate to a high-income position post-college is so, so idiotic.

Right? My not being able to pay off my Master’s has nothing to do with working at Starbucks and everything to do with being told I need to get this degree in order to teach and then turning around and saying, you got the degree, but now we won’t hire you because you have experience and education that’s too costly.

“i have a worthless liberal arts degree and this minimum wage barista job means i can’t afford to pay it back” feels like someone who never took their obligation seriously to begin with - they did not plan for how to pay it back.

People that think like that drive me nuts. I’m 39 and have paid off my student loans. It sucked, and of course I would have preferred to spend that money on other things. But I don’t want the next generation to have to go into debt simply because I did. If everyone thought that way, society would never progress even

Student loan debt isn’t the same as materialistic debt, conflating the 2 is asinine.

That’s the basic argument against it that I hear.  My response: well, I won’t reap the benefits of the social security taxes I pay, so I guess you shouldn’t get those.

But if I didn’t get it, then I don’t want anyone else to get it.  [paraphrasing selfish assholes]
