Right. Making good food decisions is hard enough when you’re sober (Skittles!) so “Hey, just don’t binge eat when you’re drunk” is much easier said than done.

Whereas for me, I cut out alcohol for a 6 weeks and lost weight at the same rate I’d been losing it up until that point, and continued to lose weight at the same rate after I started drinking again. I think the article is right that you just have to account for the calories and try not to make poor eating decisions…
