Thisl. Was looking at cars the last couple days and came across some great looking deals. Then you read the fine print and it says “Advertised price includes xxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx” rebates and they all stacked up to thousands. I know I’d never get more than maybe one of them. I hate that shit
He said they had a good charging network, not that giving away charging was a sustainable competitive advantage. I’m not a big Tesla fan and even less of a Musk fan, but you are a bit too thristy to shit on Tesla in these comments homie.
Perhaps Tom McParland will chime in, or do a more in-depth take in a couple of months.
Perhaps you need to learn to read. The GP praised the network, not free charging.
Where did he talk about giving away electricity for free? All he said was he supports the INFRASTRUCTURE Tesla set up. Why dont you let Tesla worry about the financials.
Idiot. No. It is not about being faster. It is about engagement and being connected to the car. Doing things yourself and enjoying every single aspect about actually DRIVING.
THIS, MORE THIS! So smart on Aston’s part. This car is a visceral, irrational, beautiful thing that puts experience before ultimate lap times (even though it’s quite fast). It makes so much sense for it to have a manual trans. It really completes the value proposition for people looking for a fast car that provides a…
Praise Aston for keeping the manual alive. In a time when auto manufacturers use the ‘auto is faster on the track’ excuse all the time. This one is even slower than the automatic but Aston gets it, it’s the driving pleasure that counts.
For a low-production OEM, Aston is doing wonderful things. The Vantage is gorgeous and pure in it’s functionality. The Benz AMG GT/S/R should’ve been available with a manual too, considering Aston went through the trouble of engineering one for the same engine. Oh well...good on Aston Martin for catering to an almost…
Might be a bit higher for sporty looking hatches like this, I guess the target audience is more likely to opt for a manual vs the normal corolla sedan buyer.
anyone care to have a throw at what they think the take rate will be for the manual (retail sales only)? 10%?

it looks it too. and it wasn’t much of a looker even back then.
Middle school for me.
SHOTS FIRED
I’m honestly glad you like the Sonata, but I have to say that it leaves me quite cold.
Bingo
Not an M3...still unbearably sexy.
Nice. I would honestly be filling out loan paperwork at the credit union right now, if I was only in the market (my daily driver is a 2000 S000 w/ 78k miles and my first car (in 00) was my mom’s old 94 Acura Integra GS-R 4-door (yes, really)).
