So apparently holding AoS off until the summer was “strictly” an ABC call.

I’m glad the show is returning, though it seems a perpetual victim of its big MCU brother. My big fear is that its delayed return and its shitty time slot will actually explode the bubble. I wish they could bring back Agent Carter to fill the void, but hey, I also wanted them to bring back “Happy Endings” (that would…
May literally stopped the show in its tracks to tell Phil that she loves him like 2 or 3 weeks ago.
They have been flirting/circling one another for seasons.
Boy this renew/cancel run-around has been insane. And we still got to wait I guess. Talk about life imitating art.
Only those three hundreds times they discuss how May loves him, how they need to get their cup of coffee after everything, how it was heavily implied there were feelings between them even before Melinda got married, how bot!Melinda sacrificed herself for Coulson because she loved him, etc, etc.
I think that they are also giving this jokey stuff to Agent Davis because he is married to Dichen Lachman, who is a 2 time member of the Whedonverse (AOS, Dollhouse), and the Whedons are nothing if not loyal to Whedonverse Alumni.
Alright, let’s throw this one out there.
I actually think it’s going to be the reverse: some main characters (Mack, Fitz, definitely Coulson) are going to be snapped, while Piper and Davis survive. It’ll be the ultimate subversion and we could get them as main characters next season.
Part of the tension of the movie might be that Carol shows up and has no one to contact. It’s cheap, but it will help drag the movie out.
Neither the concept or the phrase are exclusive to Star Wars.
There’s a creep standing over her shoulder while she reads off a piece of paper. She’s clearly under coercion.
Yes, I keep hoping that Captain Marvel is going to hold the Infinity Stones to undo the snap and because she knew Coulson she’ll bring him back not aware Thanos didn’t kill him. This way Avengers (and movie audiences) can think he was brought back after Loki killed him. But we’ll know it was from his last death during…
- He’s truly demented now. It’s scary and sad at the same time.
They’re going to Gauntlet Davis, I just know it.
So Coulson dies so that he can be “properly” resurrected in the tag at the end of Avengers 4, right? This is where we’re going with this?
I loved Deke’s jaw-dropped expression when he saw the Philinda kiss.
Save Coulson or save the world. That’s the choice they face. The funny thing is - that side mission Elena was so angry about - that’s what gave them the means to stop Talbot. That and the aliens who invaded their base. Of course, if Elena told herself to stop Talbot from using the chamber, or just destroy the infusion…
Still loving Yo-yo’s striped sweater. Future cos-play girls take note.
- Seeing Talbot slowly go cra-cra these last few episodes has been glorious.
