Here in Michigan today, Gov. Whitmer signed the law that erases the old anti-abortion law(s) out of existence, so it’s a little brighter today here in the Mitten State.

Here’s hoping it sticks. The Wisconsin Republicans gerrymandered their legislature so badly to give themselves a super-majority with less than 50% votes - they probably still have some dirty tricks left to try and undermine the State Supreme Court from re-writing the electoral map to be fair.

So a judge can’t be trusted to remain “impartial” because his/her offspring worked on the campaign for the defendant’s political opponent, yet a SCOTUS Justice whose wife publicly advocated for VIOLENTLY overthrowing the results of a legitimate election can be trusted to remain “impartial?”

I have (had) SO many questions about this incident.

Why...are the parents not being investigated/sued? I mean, I know they said they practiced responsible gun ownership and the weapon was secured, etc., but, SOMEHOW the toddler (TODDLER) got past all that security, got his hands on the weapon and brought it to school.

Gun companies are immune from suit—thank Congress circa 2005 when they passed the “Pursuit of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act”. So even assuming she could find an attorney to file it, the case would get dismissed in the pleading stage.
