That picture of the Echo dot is of the first generation. If we are comparing products, it would be helpful to include current pictures since a lot of people care about form factor.

I think the disconnect here is that a lot of people who would be excited for a Sonos with built in voice control, are already bought into the smart home idea and thus already have Dots, Homes, or whatever around their house.

Are you kidding? These speakers are a small fortune. People already bought into the ecosystem will love that voice control can be added with a $50 Dot.

Does it have any integration with Nest Thermostat or Nest Protect? I would think the motion sensors in those devices would be valuable, or at the very least, the speakers in the Protect could be used to carry a warning through out the house.

You can hard wire or blutooth a Dot to better speakers. It can essentially be a very inexpensive Sonos Connect.

One thing that struck me is how Luke, Danny and Jessica all had loved ones cheering them on to be the best hero they can be, while Matt had a bunch of debby downers telling him to stop being Dare Devil. It works in their own shows, but when they are all together in a team up, it made Foggy and Page seem very selfish…

Lol, I just don’t understand that perspective. I could watch my toddler play with action figures which is a fun mess. But that doesn’t make it compelling entertainment. :)

Why does no one want Legends to make any sense? Isn’t this the same blog who (rightfully) agreed the Transformers movies are a mess and have no right to exist. Yet in the same breath, the bonkers, over stuffed, poorly acted, plot hole mess that is Legends gets all the praise.

I took my father to a Best Buy the other day (because he is old and window shopping is still a thing?) and was bothered by sales people no less than 4 times. That alone is enough for me to applaud the demise of every brick and mortar.
