When I was 19 I was a rather sheltered young lad from a small southern town. A friend and I were on a road trip and we stopped at a Hooters, having never been before. Our waitress, a very lovely young lady, leaned over our table in such a way that her assets were on full display. I was rather flustered.

Briing back the FF!

I've enjoyed a lot of his work, but he may be a raving loon. He kinda comes across that way on Bill Simmons podcast.
He was in Copland though so that's cool.

That's terrible

What mainstream people said bad things about the obama girls and Chelsea? The only thing that comes to mind is that inane madonna SNL skit.

Yes I find that compelling theory. Also wasn't there an outer limits epsiode aired just a little before this incident that had an alien much like the one described by the Hills?

Cartman getting congress to sing "heat of the moment" in support of stem cell research was a personal favorite of mine.

The soviets were forced into war. Britain was standing up to tyranny. Moral equivalence is not absolute. There are degrees. Churchill was not Stalin and thank God.

Without Churchill holding the line the Nazis would have won in 1940. Without his visions of glory the world would be a much much worse place.

Anyman who quotes churchill is a good egg in my book.

I concede your point, but that song is a pop classic in its own way.

The best part of the story is one that isn't in most versions of the tale: when the ghost of Christmas present reveals to Scrooge the spectres of want and ignorance. Tellingly it is in the superior Sim version.
