I would bet you have absolutely no basis for that statistic and haven’t seen the inside of very many college cafeterias. BTW college dining moves FAR beyond a single cafeteria these days.

yeah...they’re just everywhere...that’s why everyone has been having such an easy time getting jobs and keeping them and our economy is in great shape right now, right? There are just jobs falling out of the sky for these people.

What about (as many, many colleges in America do) contracting with a Goliath of a company like Aramark to hire and manage their low-wage workers so that they and keep their hands clean of that big ugly conspiracy to suppress the wages of low skill workers but still get to reap the benefits of paying them those low…
