It would fall under preventable diseases. Hepatitis B is the primary cause of Liver cancer, smoking of lung cancer, tanning of skin cancer, high fat diets of colon and stomach cancer. That covers the big three right there.

Only kinda true. Basically, if you have enough food, education follows. Then birthrate drops. We don't reach our "carrying capacity" because we create our own food, we don't feed off of another species. Also human population doesn't run in cycles anywhere outside of a hunter gatherer society.

Being a Dallasite myself, the Nasher would be crippled by this. The outside lawn and trees are integral to the museum, and it's really the best part of downtown.

I was thinking of evaporation. With the high surface area if you are pouring it through a number of times you will be losing some % of alcohol. Repeat as necessary is the part where I start to get skeptical.
