The convertible is ALWAYS better.

I didn’t like the C4 when it came out when I was 12 years old. I was a HUGE fan of the C3 just for its looks, and I also watched “Knight Rider.” The C4 didn’t look like a Corvette to me. It looked like a slightly smaller new Trans Am.

I’m 6'1" and owned a C5 convertible for several years. WORLDS APART from earlier ‘Vettes. C1s to C3s were quite brutal. This article is ALL jacked up. The 1992 ZR1 was the last model raed at 375 hp. in 1994, it was raised to 405. Also the 1992's base price was somewhere around $60K, not $33K.
