"Personally, I think a commercial should get some attention, generate interest in the product, then show something informative (even if is someone driving with a smile on their face)."

Yeah I just looked at their trims after I made my post. I'm pretty sure it's the 4cyl that I drove. It's probably good enough for it's purpose, but I never really found it to be satisfactory for me. With that said, I'm sure it is a good car for other folks.

I see your point. Maybe this is more on the shift in what constitutes as a "commercial". Before, CMs are loaded with facts, scientific research and figures that convinces a consumer that this product is 15.5% better than the leading brand. Before, CMs have celebrity endorsers.

I'm not disclaiming your argument at all. There is a market for inoffesive, daily commuter cars, and the sales proves that, and they do serve a purpose, otherwise nobody will buy them. Personally, though, I have a particular criteria for my ideal cars, and most (not all) do not fit what I think is "perfect" for me.

Cars aren't fucking washing machines— they're genuine pieces of our cultural landscape and putting some poor bastard on the spot to stammer out why the commuter car he disinterestedly bought is any better than the dozens of almost indistinguishable ones he almost bought isn't fair to him, me, cars, America, love,

Damn, that's a sweet bugeye. Now I miss my old car (02 WRX).

Awesome preview Kirk, and this firmly cemented my interest in this game!

I've had a crush on this very talented woman for quite some time now. If AC:JO does release in the US, and barring any region-specific issues, then yes, I will gladly play with her.

Did you just say, "fluggaenkdechioebolsen"?

Makes sense, since the guys looks dressed for Club Vandersexxx.

As much as I like Haruki Murakami (my 2nd favorite author), I don't think his novels will translate well into a big-budget Hollywood flick. It's true, most of his work does have fantastical elements in them, but they are more like plot-devices than the actual story hook, I guess. Even if there are metaphysical

Damn that Korra cosplay is awesome. I'm surprised you didn't use this image instead, because this one really reminds me more of Korra and her cockyness. Awesome selection nonetheless.

yep

It's related, and it made me LOL, so I post it here.

I am definitely interested with this. Basically, I'm looking for a tablet that can handle some serious photo-editing while I'm away from home. The lack of built-in memory slot is a bit of a downer, however, since I plan on working from a microSD card in RAW. I'll be waiting on more comprehensive reviews in the future,

I'd take any beige sedan with run flats, just like how most of the folks here already mentioned. As long as it has enough room for guys with M733s and a Galil ARM.

Oh crap I remember that haha! I was starting to get the impression that the humans just want an excuse to drink and get lap dances from the asari stripper; the only reason that the salarian groom went along with it was on account of their shortened lifespan.

Haha yep, I've heard that thing shouted repeatedly at times too, but the one about the balls is the funniest one for me and my coop buddy, only because the whole thing just came out of nowhere.

Actually it does. I also spend a lot of ME3 time running around doing things, and when I check my journal, I get surprised that I managed to activate a quest. For the life of me, I couldn't remember where did I actually over hear this, but this was not a big issue, since I simply do a little google search to find

Thanks for writting this article, it's very informative. Now I won't be able to look at background chatter and NPC barks the same way again!
