We always say any comments should explain WHY something is being done in a specific way. Also, we use xml comments heavily so can generate api documentation…

No. No way. My salary is right about average for my job, so I could probably jump ship and make more money, but things like working remotely and flexible hours are worth SO much more. Those are harder to find. Plus my team is great. We have a synergy.
