I got all excited about this, as the title speaks of "Smartphones". I thought, "great! Android, iOS, WP friends will all be able to use this!"

And this is exactly why I dumped the Bionic and bought a Galaxy Nexus straight up for cash. Yes, Verizon has delayed the official OTA JB release to it, but at least I can rest assured of an unlocked bootloader and the pure, vanilla Android experience as fast as you can get it with Big red.
