Honestly I don’t even blame you, lol. The only other actors I would ever consider seeing in Lear now would be maybe Patrick Stewart or Ian McKellen. Rickman used to be on that list, but RIP. In any case even Stewart/McKellen would be less amazing than Plummer. He was just incredible.

I just finished it recently so this as a description is at the front of my brain. It’s a data-heavy but enjoyable read, if aggravating because every chapter adds yet another…
