Nope, these are likely US converted WASRs or Saigas done by a custom shop or individual. There's a ton of easily sourced US made parts and accessories on these, not to mention the one of the left features a mag adapter for standard US 5.56mm mags.

If you're serious about wanting to build your own, start with a Saiga in the caliber of your choice. I did one in 5.56mm, complete with US mag adapter, and it was a really rewarding experience. Even if I am going to sell it.

These are AK-12 series, the ones that are currently replacing AK-74 and AKMs in Russian army. Not sure if the are for sale outside Russia by now

Lucky Americans... We can't own AKs here in Canada unless they are a very specific model of Valmet. We do get to own SBRs with our standard RPAL though, so we have that.

WASRs have really improved their reputation, and are some of the cheapest out there, which, in my opinion, makes them good for upgrading. I was thinking about buying one, but decided to spend the money on upgrading my AR.

Yeah, I don't think I've seen one with a PSG grip on it before.
