When you strive to compete with Porsche but continue to feature Alfa unreliability, you aren’t actually competing with Porsche. You are competing with Jaguar.
Personally, I don’t care HOW nice a service experience anyone’s got, since simply being there is aggravating in the first place.
Part of “elevating” a brand to compete with Porsche has to be build quality. Otherwise, using Porsche-level pricing for your products isn’t really competing, it’s overcharging.
