I read on one of the forums the other day that the alltrack also gets bigger suspension bits that are shared with the GTI. So you can do suspension upgrades made for GTIs (many people lower alltracks).  maybe bigger front brakes, too?

If you are speaking to someone in a context where either one of those meanings could be considered correct, you should use a different word. Choosing an ambiguous word, and expecting your listeners to magically read your mind and know what you mean, is a problem with you, not them.
