@The Forgetful Brain: I wouldn't be suprised if there is a lack thereof honestly. Like you said I think it comes down to production support and atomic had none after Konami dropped them. Considering a company like EA tries to manufacture controversy to sell more games even if there is a media blitz similar to

@WhatTheFrag: To be honest I don't know the difference. I just never have really played any RPGs besides western ones like Fallout 3 and Mass Effect. I never really gave them a chance because I watched one of my friends play FFVII back when it first came out and didn't think I would dig the gameplay. I'm just

@WhatTheFrag: So what do you suggest as far as a turn based rpg goes? I'm the same I have never liked turn-based RPGs. I have been wondering if I should go back to the ones starting on nes that I can buy for my virtual console or should i start with something like chrono trigger or final fantasy VII?

@BryanH: This is perhaps one of the funniest posts I have read on this site. Bravo sir.

@EvilMetsFan: still a Mets fan.: I have to totally disagree and say that the best fishing game ever is definitely Blue Marlin. I used to play that game for hours during the summer when I was a kid.

@ThursdayNext: Hell I am a redneck and I don't even like using that term.

So now that the giant that is Modern Warfare has passed us by and L4D2 and AC2 have made their debuts, what are the games you are most looking forward to in early 2010?

I consider myself to be a pretty well informed gamer as far as what goes on the industry but I cannot understand why this game is getting some much hype. I know it is mostly just a matter of personal preference. I guess I just don't get the appeal.

@-MasterDex-: And this is exactly why ppl who play on consoles have such a bad attitude towards pc gamers and think that pc gamers are elitist assholes who do nothing but whine.

@FatherFingers: How has the game run for you on 360? The first night we played the infected were choppy as hell. Our characters moved and shot just fine but it was like just the infected were lagging. I don't know if it is the game or if it was my connection. Have you had any problems?

@LordMaim: Scratched out. For all I know I've been killing infected and assassinating corrupt officials on some poor kids stolen x-mas present. He sends a card out saying he repairs consoles and if there are any problems to send them to him. My guess when I saw the serial number was that he just decided not to give

I posted this yesterday a little later in the day and never got a response so I figured I'd throw it up again and see if I got any hits.

@LordMaim: That would be awesome for buyers like me. I'm fucked if my xbox ever red rings. I bought mine on ebay and didn't know it until I got the system that the asshole I bought it from had scratched out the serial number. I know he did it because he repairs them himself and wants you to send it to him instead

@MrGOH: They aren't violating a contract. By modding the console you violate the user agreement and terms and conditions that you have to agree to when you sign up for xbox live. They have every legal right to refuse you service if YOU are the one violating the contract.

I just picked up my copy of L4D2 for 360 last night and was a litle bummed with how it performed. The infected were very sluggish and choppy. It actually kind of ruined he experience for me so I played some Mario instead. Anyone else on 360 having this problem? Does anyone know if they are working on a patch? Or

I tried World at War and it didn't work for me. For some reason I get the same feeling from this. I don't need more COD. The one I have been waiting for has finally arrived and until IW releases another entry in the series I don't think I'll be picking up any other Call of Duty games.

Can't wait to pick this and Left 4 Dead 2 up today.
