lol, I know right. It's more a cautious optimism. I loved Twin Peaks so much when I was in college. A kind of re-kindling of it has me excited, yet apprehensive as to how it could turn out. Kind of like the Netflix season of X-files, which I pretend does not exist.

While I am only mildly excited for the new Twin Peaks, the teaser that popped up a few months ago of Lynch (as Gordon Cole) doing nothing but eating a donut for like 20 seconds has got to be one of the most random and funniest fucking things I have seen this year.

I loved how they then proceeded to re-do the announcement as a bit, with everyone getting a turn at it. That's a very comic thing to do.

I laughed pretty hard at "I'm in charge of the Kit-Kats now!!"

It looks like something that fell off the undercarriage of my truck when I hit a really bad pothole.

In the books, Hilltop,Alexandria and the Kingdom are all within about 20 miles of each other. Noone is sure where Sanctuary is supposed to be but it is probably a similar distance away.

I thought about that a little. But depending how far away they were, the sound might not have been that loud where the zombies were. The sound might not have carried enough to catch their attention. Some sniper rifles can be pretty loud, but maybe the sound didnt carry. It did seem odd that they didnt at least seem to

ROCK, FLAG, EAGLE!!!!!

I liked Patton's most recent special. It kind of softened that smug thing he sometimes gets across.

It's the standup special summaries that kill me. Every third comic is a "funnyman" or has an original take on something.

Yeah, I wondered about it, too. I figured it was just something to get his kids in there in a funny weird thing.

I know what you mean, but I tend to think of "clean" as a positive descriptor as well. just not for that reason. When you hear comics talk about this, most of those who have been doing it for many years discuss clean comics, especially successful ones like Gaffigan or Regan, they tend to speak of that skillset with a

Glad to see The Axe Files get a shout out. That's one of those podcasts I just kind of stumbled on early in the year, and I find that's it usually really interesting. Axlerod has a journalist background in addition to his time as a political consultant and aide to Obama, and he does a really good job at keeping an

I really enjoyed Mark Hamill on the Nerdist last week. It's been a while since I've had to hit the 15 second rewind on a Nerdist podcast because something was just that funny, but Hamill's Harrison Ford impression is one of the funniest things I've heard on a podcast in weeks. I swear I have never heard Chris Hardwick

I liked Digger. Eventually.

Yeah, I really like her scene. It started out, and I was like "Oh, they made her character terrible," and then it continued, and I was then like "Awww"

yes, yes, and YES

*mic drop*

Yeah, this was a really strong episode. When you have to rewind a few times to re-laugh at jokes, it's a sign of high quality.

I like the rotating as well. However, I've found that I really enjoy Nish Kumar a lot as the co-host. He was on the last one, and his energy was pretty funny and really bounced off of Andy really well. He's really quick. He is kind of the one most like John though, so maybe that's what I like. They're all good. But I
