That’s a broad topic, probably too broad for a simple blog comments section. But sometimes certain programs are either built wrong and don’t help people the way they should or they are built such that they help both large and small companies (or rich and less rich people). Frankly the elimination of the business loss

a gargantuan Pro model

Health care? I thought we had affordable health care now. And seriously, you are taking a very narrow view of some of the provisions of the CARE act. The temporary elimination of EBL limitations will help small businesses like mine weather this economic disaster. It may help Trump, though I suspect in a very limited

I do not believe that we can ameliorate all of these problems through policy. With millions unemployed and without health insurance you are creating a financial burden that could literally bankrupt this country.

I don’t think anyone is talking about just turning on the economic faucet and throwing everyone back to

So what are you going to do 6 months from now when half the country is out of work and without health care?

Again, President Trump and his cronies are desperate to “open up” the country, but everyone needs to know what that means.

Not exactly a “death panel” but with limited resources choices are being made about who to treat and who to let die. From a NYT article

Well, it’s a theory, maybe a good theory but it’s hard to say at this time. What I don’t like is the headline of the article makes it sound like it’s a done deal when in fact it’s far from done.

Still based on speculation. From the article:

No kidding. I think we went that way once. I had a Sony phone at one time that I literally could hit every number on the keypad with my thumb, all at the same time! There is such a thing as too small.

You don’t know many Americans by that comment. We love hot sauce and eats tons of it every day. Butter? As an option for hot sauce? Never. Ketchup would have been the better analogy.

I don’t think that’s true about older iPhones. iPhones have never been simple to repair, IMHO. I’m ok with third party repairs though if it’s only a few dollars difference in cost I’d probably just go to the Apple store and let them do it.

That’s always the argument but would it really? First, when it comes to the phone function, have their really been that many advancements in the past 10 years, 20 years? I mean you punch in a number and talk to someone. Sure we’ve added the concept of hands-free use and that would be hard to retro-fit into a 10 year

Since we’re carrying gloves, masks and sanitizer around why not drop a zip lock in your pocket as well and if you can’t find a trash can just drop in bag, zip, and throw away later?

If you’re talking confirmed infections, I’d say those numbers are suspect at best given the lack of testing. The US likely has many more infections and I have no doubt other countries like the UK, France and Italy are not in much better shape. (PS- based on numbers I just pulled France has about 2041/million

I would hope not, but I still feel that they are processing a large amount of non-essential orders and if they eliminated that they might be able to reduce staff and keep some people out of harm’s way. Of course those people will want to get paid which Amazon may or may not be too happy about.

And well behind the UK, France, Iran, Spain and Italy just to name a few. Nice way to cherry pick a couple examples.

Sorry but you’re wrong. Yes, we have high infection numbers and high death numbers but on a per capita basis we are far from the worst in the world. The US is running around 3.9% mortality per confirmed infection versus Spain and France at around 10%, Italy and the UK around 12%, Iran around 6.2%

No one is trying to

The economy should be a concern because with so many unemployed people those that had insurance are losing it. If you don’t think healthcare and the economy are connected you should think again.

I believe he qualified that with his 2 points. I think, by individualistic he means individual freedoms which China has less of.
