I’m not really sure this is Hulu’s fault. I’ve noticed on broadcast TV that often times the ads are louder than the show I’m watching. Hulu probably doesn’t have the authority to modify the ads so I’m not sure how they would adjust the volume.

Every hotel can be different in terms of quality of Internet. When I used to travel a lot it was usually with the World-Wide sales force of a company like Dell or HP and with 1000-2000 in the hotel, all using the WiFi and Internet, it generally didn’t work well.
