It’s called false accusations. And you’re right it’s ain’t that hard. Liberals are all to ready to call out conservatives but frequently fail to notice their own hypocrisy.

how liberals were the ones forcing poor innocent conservatives to lock up immigrants at the border.
I noticed that coming in just now.
I get the irony, but, really, have there been that many bad updates lately? I haven’t seen any. I haven’t rolled back a Windows update in years. Apple has had a couple of glitches with the iPhone updates but I haven’t had any serious issues come up. I am just one person, though, so my experience may not be the norm.
While that’s true one would have to really look at how the Samsung and iPhone are constructed internally to know if it would be possible with the iPhone as it was with the Samsung. Another argument for removing it is that we have a technology that can replace a hard-wired connection and that could be construed as an…
Sure, if there are improvements to be had, but if format works for the purpose intended why change it just to change it?
I was asking for legitimate reasons, not necessarily why a company would do this. I would also assume that some physical media changes were to support higher density storage or higher performing storage and possibly higher reliability (tape vs CD).
Yeah that was a bit of a cluster.. However, my understanding was it was removed in order to improve water resistance.
I’m not familiar with FreeRip but many of the first rippers released required plugging in lots of parameters, which was great because you could control the quality and format of the output, but was more tedious to use.
Well, when something works why change it?
Bingo! This is exactly why I went Apple for music. A friend gave me one of the original iPod Shuffles, the one that looked like a pack of gum. It was so easy to drop a CD in and get it onto the device.
I don’t agree. It’s sexist because a man is commenting on the looks of a woman and her looks have absolutely NOTHING to do with this story.
Nice name calling. You’re a real gem.
The irony of a Jizmodo article talking about click-bait headlines is hilarious.
* To be clear, I care very little about guilty non violent drug offenders getting out of jail.
Mowing lawns for elderly people is the corner case. Not every lawn mower mows lawns for elderly people so therefore you’re putting forth a specific use case which is not universal. Furthermore your blanket assertion is that everyone that earns money working is somehow contributing to society and I gave you a couple of…
In some cases, yes, people can mow lawns for the elderly. But you know this is not what we are talking about. We are talking about a person mowing lawns for a living, not because they are doing something nice for their neighbor.
And now that I have blown up your indefensible argument you respond with insults. Please explain how mowing my lawn is contributing to society as a whole. Please explain how a 16 yr old, working part time washing dishes is contributing to society, on the basis of his/her job.
but it makes for for cold, deeply dehumanizing reality television
Well I feel you’ve given an awfully broad definition of “contributing to society”. I’m not sure mowing a lawn is a contribution to society at large. Simply having a job isn’t necessarily contributing to society, especially if society has to support you through arbitrary wage payments.
