Wild Stallions Reunited!

That is probably closer to the truth than what’s in this article.

I agree that vaping has been advertised as healthier than cigarettes, and it would be good to know how much so. Whether someone would ever smoke a cigarette or not is up for debate. Certainly kids are better educated about them today than my generation but that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t have tried them. I am

In regards to age, the story repeatedly says “kids” are vaping more. If you’re 18 you’re not a kid anymore, IMHO.

the youth use is so widespread and so rampant that whatever redeeming public health value these tools could potentially have, and they haven’t demonstrated that yet, it’s offset by the youth use

Probably not a bad idea.

It will be interesting. This seems to be some sort of Holy Grail these days. Streaming games. I hope it all works someday. Today just doesn’t seem to be that day given the current state of Broadband in the US. Sure you can get high speeds but latency and data caps may make game streaming unworkable for many people.

That’s between him and his loved one. That person probably knew about the soda habit before getting into a committed relationship. How will any soda taxes help the next of kin?

I think you made his point. Even in this study the article noted “it was adjusted for diet and lifestyle factors, which means that the findings may not be absolute depending on one’s general health”. In other words YMMV.

There are so many people out there that shouldn’t be driving at all.

it’s absolutely likely to be worse with older people

Well, young grasshopper, you might be best served to do a little research before you make such outlandish claims. Most accidents are caused by young people, not old.

Good question. I’ve had BT headsets that were unusable for video or movie watching because the audio was seconds off the video track. I have a pair of Bose QC and they seem OK and don’t appear to have any lag. They sound good and I love the NC on the airplane. That is the main reason I bought them.

Why revoke credits that they earned? You may kick them out but if they did the work they deserve the credits.

PS - I still have to get a background check when I go the same gun store I bought the last 5 guns from and passed all background checks so am I not devoid of any reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing as well?

First, no, it is not a right “granted” by the Constitution. It is a right “protected” by the Constitution. I’ll refer you to the SCOTUS case, Heller v DC. Do yourself a favor and read up on the decision that the right to own a firearm is an “individual” right that has nothing to do with militias. Furthermore, what

I not comparing the “tracking” but rather that in both cases there is a presumption that your privacy is secondary to public safety. It’s the double standard that some people feel that exercising a Constitutionally protected right to own a firearm is believed to be less important when protecting your privacy than

I know what sanctuary laws do. They prevent the sharing of information between city and federal law enforcement regarding known ICE detainees. Now I’m sure you would have all sorts of justifications for why this is a stupid idea if I suggested that cities in Texas are no longer doing Federally required background

SCOTUS once claimed that African Americans had no claim to freedom or citizenship in the US, doesn’t make it right though does it? Did you read the article you linked? The court did not uphold the legality of sanctuary laws. They denied the federal government the ability to withhold federal funding from states/cities

Your analysis is off the mark. First when I purchase a firearm, which is a right protected by the Constitution, I have to have get an invasive background check. All you need to do to license a car is pay a fee. If I sell my firearm the purchaser will also have to get an invasive background check. Car? Just a fee and
