Sounds a lot like Grim Dawn’s system, but less customizable. In Grim Dawn you can set it to only show you a certain rarity of items, or even no items at all, you can press “alt” to see all of them. It’s even easier to set too, just a little triangle at the bottom of the GUI by your health bar.
