You should never trust what Carfax says for a variety of reasons. Hell, one car I bought new a while back didn’t even say the right dealership it came from and was showing 2 extra owners it never had. It’s mainly because Carfax is run by a software that isn’t accurate.

The Panamera is a fantastic car. It’s amazing to drive. I don’t agree to bash Lexus, though.

You can’t understand what I said? Their actual claim in history is exactly what I said. That’s what they are truthfully responsible for; it’s where the modern ancestor of the gasoline I.C. engine originated. There is no debate about this. You’re taking the mistakes of employees of Daimler in the PR department as some

Their actual claim in history has NEVER been that they invented the automobile. That’s something the uneducated would believe. He invented the modern internal combustion gasoline engine automobile. So yes, my heroes will always be Benz, Daimler, and Maybach for various reasons and despite any borderline retarded

I had a late 90s all-in-one Compaq model, sadly. It was probably still “working” but I threw it outside to let it rust.

Uhh... they had mutual relationships with both those companies. Daimler was the first and supplied Tesla with so many interior and electronic components in order to develop the Model S efficiently. In return, Daimler saved a bit of R&D cost.

Sounds like Honda or Nissan.

Of course they have; not only that, but they have also completely taken them apart and learned there’s nothing too special about them. The Model S and X are very simple to engineer vehicles compared to something like the S-Class. A major automaker like Daimler COULD easily design and engineer something exactly like a

Disgusting display of socialism on one of the true icons of American Capitalism.

I would still rather shell out the extra cash for a vehicle that has been produced a while and proven. The Cayenne S is even better used and will tear apart an XC90. When you buy new first model year vehicles you learn your lesson (unless bought used and the previous owner had everything done for you). A couple years

Hmm, interesting. I didn’t realize the XC90 has a chassis capable of supporting the likes of the X5 M and ML 63. But, you go ahead and shed out $75k to get a hybrid XC90 T8 with an inline 4. That’s not my business. I will take my Cayenne S and drive my happy ass in circles all around it. I got to test one of the

At least they aren’t naming it Funfkampfwagenpanzer.

Pretty sure it hasn’t. The X5 and ML are great.. and the Cayenne. If you’ve been in the new XC90, it doesn’t exactly sound decent either.

The build quality IS cheap as all hell. My neighbor was one of the first customers of the Ghibli way back. Let’s just say it has some... design flaws... and poor material choices.

Hey, look; I found a British Mustang enthusiast.

Yes, it would: Low maintenance vehicles, economical running costs, and made for people who couldn’t care less about mechanical beauty in an engine. It’s all mirrored in what I said above.

Actually, the automakers study the market really quite well and from their research have determined that the customers who purchase said vehicles don’t prefer to do their own work. They also put strong emphasis on function over form these days, and need every small engineering detail to stay competitive. If that means

Rip the cover off. In most modern engines you will find them not visually appealing because of the complications.

They could make a new V12 from this!!

The Jaguar has always gotten more praise from me. People have opinions.
