I never liked the new GS. It’s their worst car. The facelift is terrible. It has a terrible driving position and riding as a passenger is sickening. The GS is an exception to their other products. All of them do not have this same ugly design. The GS is far worse and not fluidic.

Clearly you’ve never owned a Lexus, because, as the Lexus owners jest, once go Lexus you never go back. They’re just a great high standards company. Even if the design is controversial, the engineering standards are the best in the world. That’s a fact. I’ll happily put Daimler in second. No one tests for longevity or

That’s your opinion. Sadly, I don’t necessarily respect the haters who haven’t seen it in the flesh. It will look like a spaceship on the road which goes to show how ahead Lexus is. I’m also in the minority when it comes to the Lexus SC430. I think it aged well.

1. If you can read, you will notice I didn’t say Lexus fans don’t care about doubters. I said Lexus ‘guys.’ By guys, I actually meant to say Lexus owners.

He does apparently. He also apparently like an almost all black interior with red seats.

A track suit is not an interior of a $100,000 car. In other news: a pair of shoes will be compared to a set of Michelin Pilot Cup Supersport tires.

Disgusting.

My understanding was they were developing a new V8 to be fitted in the CT8/9.

Something that naturally matches the rest of the interior and doesn’t clash... you take things a little too literally...

I can’t wait to drive a CT8 and hopefully own a CT9 coupé. How has your team prepared to get the idea of a truly competitive reemergence of the iconic Cadillac (segment dominant) image back into the minds of the dedicated owners of German products (mainly the W222 and related S-Class Coupé)?

I didn’t contradict anything. They go together. You already knew talking to me about Lexus would be pointless? I’m not even a Lexus guy first and foremost. I’m a Daimler AG fanatic. I’m a Mercedes-Benz guy above all. But of course, you wouldn’t know. You probably don’t remember previous conversations we had, my posts,

You do realize that Lexus guys don’t care about doubters, right? It’s your opinion and your loss. It has a beautiful design way ahead of other cars currently shown and people are too behind the curve and blind to see it (looking at their ancient and repetitive BMW design language, for one).

The difference here is that this Lexus can outlast its competition FIVEFOLD. The V8 alone will take more abuse than an obese whale’s chair. This justifies the price in a world where a BMW product struggles heavily to get past the 150k mile mark.

There is, of course, the rumored hybrid version with the same 5.0.

Prototype. All functions not enabled.

It’s also a car that will blow up at 140k miles.

The difference is the Lexus V8 will WORK for 700k miles along with the rest of the vehicle.

WHAT? That’s what looks the best. You must be one of those people with a bad taste in car interiors who likes mismatched seats and dash and completely unnatural headliner color.

Cheating? Ha! I don’t believe you know what that is. Keep with your opinions, though, because it means more amazing Lexus cars for us Lexus enthusiasts. We know how much better the company is than others. What you say is just pessimistic.
