As far as I know, the base models can be had with open-grain/matte woods as an option for the interior.

My 220 and other gens have them pointing up.

Not even close to the same thing, buddy. And it’s a sick thing to compare the tragedies of WW2 to our Civil War.

A neighbor of mine also bought a Ghibli when they came out and the engine completely seized up for no reason at about 300 miles (and they bought it back). I hope they’ve improved quality control. It’s probably all based on luck if you get a good one or not.

There’s 2015 model Quattroportes for about $25k below sticker at Ferrari Atlanta.

That’s only because the Suburban was never on the same level. It was a 1500 truck chassis. Ford still sold plenty to justify making a new one, especially considering all they did was add a different cab to the F-250.

Yes, no real competition! There is nothing else in the people hauler segment right now that could compete with a 2500 truck chassis under an 800+ lb-ft of torque diesel. The Suburban and Yukon XL would not compete performance wise. The Excursion would tow more than twice as much!

Yeah, but it doesn’t matter. All they’d need to do is use the next-gen F-250 and convert it into an SUV (with gasoline and powerstroke options). It would have no real competition and sell a shit-ton. A friend of mine had the Excursion with a powerstroke and gave them over 300k trouble free miles before they traded it

No, it’s not. I’ve bought new cars and used. I can buy and maintain many higher-value used vehicles for less than half the price of a shitty new vehicle. In fact, all of the used cars I’ve owned have been more trouble free and served me much better than any new vehicle. For less than $9k I recently picked up a

There’s no reason Ford themselves couldn’t produce a new Ford Excursion. They are and have been quite the popular and preferred ass-hauler for a while.

I saw an E65 Alpina B7 the other day. They always look much better.

Yeah, because children wanting something is a motivator for many things.

Service records are your best friend. Many people, like myself, aren’t stupid and know when there’s an honest vehicle for sale by an honest person.

A car is not actually underwear, haha

Yeah, it’s a little over-exaggerated...

There’s always gonna be suckers who buy new ones.

That’s never been the case with me. Make sure there are service records. Look through them and think about it. You would be surprised at what I’ve gotten for less than $15k.

You bought new didn’t you?

It’s not like underwear when you buy used vehicles from someone you know and trust.

The correct decision is never buying anything new.
